Warranty Policy

At UTAS Chair, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our chairs from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Issues caused by improper assembly or handling.

Repair & Return Process:

If you experience any issue with your chair within the warranty period, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the problem (photos or videos are helpful).

We will inspect the issue and, if covered under warranty, we will repair the chair and send it back to you.

Note: Shipping costs to send the chair to us are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired product back to you.
